1) Customization:  You name it - we'll take care of the details...all of the details (any location or type of vacation).  We are able to make arrangements for all disabilities and interests:  from complete vacation packages, airfare, wheelchair accessible hotels, passes to get your group to the front of the line at theme parks, skydiving, etc.  We are able to make either the simplest travel arrangements or fulfill the more adventurous requests.

2) Flexibility & Rewards:  Payment proposals are available that will allow your staff to travel for free.  Or we can staff your vacation.  Whether you need a person or two to help out, or need us to completely staff your vacation, we will be there to help!

3) Individualized Tour Directors:  If desired we will send our own specialized tour director to lead your vacation.  The Exceptional Vacations Tour Director will coordinate all activities and take care of all financial obligations during the course of the vacation.  The only thing your group will have to worry about is having a good time.

4) Experience:  Our staff have years of experience working with individuals with special needs, and designing travel opportunities around those needs.

5) Amenities & Savings:  We are experts in negotiating group rates and amenities, and will pass those benefits on to you.  Travelers will receive a photo album and Exceptional Vacations t-shirt about two weeks following the vacation when a tour director is utilized.
